Started my morning w/ a cup of very plain coffee, it was fine, but I must admit, I REALLY like my added vanilla flavoring!  But probably the best part is I'm now only drinking 1 cup!
Protein shake w/ spinach & blueberries for breakfast and a spin on the stationary bike this morning~ getting ready to head out for another soccer Sunday- carrots, string cheese, cashews & LOTs of water packed & ready- hoping this will help keep me away from all the really bad food choices that are served at the fields.  Although I guess if I get incredibly hungry, subway is right down the street for a quick chopped salad-  here's to another day of making good choices!

  1. Way to plan ahead!! What kind of protein mix do you use? I would like to make shakes as an alternative too but not sure what to buy.

Beware of the carrots though...they're high in carbs b/c of their sugar content. Good thing u paired them with nuts. :-) Had a good day myself. Today was easy to stay on plan. Still a bit under the weather though and would have like some homemade chx soup. Think I'm gonna make some thus week. I wonder if chili is allowed on the plan? .....must look up...stay tuned...

    1. Chili is okay! I can have a half cup of cooked chili beans per day so I'll be making that in the future too.

    2. WW chili or just canned chili beans? I LOVE beans of any sorts and they are a good filler for me :)

    3. I'm using the Arobnne essentials vanilla protein shake mix. Since I haven't studied the JumpStart bible yet, I haven't looked to see how much damage this powder is... but I am counting the carb & proteins. I still can't wrap my head around eating 1/2 hour after I get up, but I can handle the shake

  2. Well, I'm thinking any chili that's made with the typical beans, meat, tomatoes, etc. I ate a 1.5 cup serving and marked it as 3 protein boxes and 2 carb boxes.
